Partnerships
Agile Thinking works in cooperation with a number of different organizations and individuals to provide a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.  Current partnerships and associations include:
Matt Smith
Matt is a performer and improvisation teacher. I have trained with him, and we have worked together on devising appropriate improvisation exercises suitable for Scrum training. I have used many of these exercises with great success. Matt and I recently developed an Advanced Scrum Master training course and will be co-facilitaing the course this year. We are also collaborating on a writing project.
Stacia Broderick
Stacia runs the consultancy Agile Evolution. She and I occasionally pair on running CSM training courses in Costa Rica and more recently working with Lee Devin and Boris Gloger on designing the Artful Making Experience (see below).
Danube Technologies
As well as offering the free ScrumWorks tool, Danube provides a range of services revolving around the central theme of Project Success.  They offer tailored Agile transitioning services which infuse teams with XP engineering practices and Scrum management. I partner with Victor Salvay, Kane Mar and Michael James on running the occasional Scrum Training course; we are also exploring additional ways of collaborating.
SPRiNT-iT
SPRiNT-iT is a Europe-based Agile/Scrum training organization headed by Boris Gloger Boris is one of the first Scrum Trainers to be certified by Ken Schwaber. He and I occasionally run Scrum Training courses together. More recently Boris has been involved in the Artful Making Experience, described above.
CC Pace
I work as part of the CC Pace Lean-Agile Practices program running CSM, Product Owner and Advanced Scrum Master training courses.
Lee Devin
Lee is the co-author of Artful Making: What Managers Need to Know About How Artists Work. Lee and I, together with Stacia Broderick and Boris Gloger are designing the Artful Making Experience, a training course for managers, coaches and trainers to leverage the benefits of Release, Collaboration, Ensemble and Play in a software environment.
Michael Hamman
Michael is a good friend, and a source of inspiration in many ways. He works in the area of organizational development and leadership coaching. He and I have partnered on offering Scrum immersion training at Dell. Michael is currently in the process of reinventing his web site, and I'll link to it as soon as it is available.
Alan Cyment
Alan has been instrumental in bringing Scrum and Agile practices to South America. I have worked with Alan on a number of occasions, running Certified Scrum Master training in Argentina and Costa Rica. He and I are currently partnering on creating the first Latin American Scrum Gathering in Buenos Aires (2008).
Scissor
William Pietri is the owner of Scissor, a small technology and Agile consulting firm based in San Francisco. I brought William in to Ternary Software while I was consulting there to kick-start a team with XP practices. To date the developers on that team are still the best performing developers at Ternary, and now able to successfully coach others in some of the XP practices. William would be my coach/trainer of choice to coach teams in Agile software design and development.
Enthiosys
Enthiosys is a strategic software product management consulting firm dedicated to helping companies who develop software or software-enabled products. I have worked with Luke Hohmann, the founder and CEO of Enthiosys, on a large-scale implementation of IID/Agile at a Silicon Valley security company, and on other smaller projects. In 2006 I took Luke's Innovation Games Facilitators course and have partnered with Luke on running these courses.
Enterprise Agile
Enterprise Agile is owned by Kert Peterson, a close friend and inspiration. Kert and I have collaborated on course development and I have worked with other members of Enterprise Agile, including Michael Hamman.
Collective Edge
Collective Edge is an organizational development consultancy run by Michael Spayd. Michael and I have inspired each other through discussion and correspondence over the past couple of years, and Michael was invited to present a workshop at The Scrum Exchange, 2006. He and I are always looking for opportunities to partner further. Hopefully 2008 will lead us to such an opportunity.
Compassionate Coaching
Steve March of Compassionate Coaching is a certified integral coach who partners with executives and individuals to expand their effectiveness, fulfillment, and freedom in life and work. Steve and I are collaborating in the creation of a team-work training course rooted in the work of Augusto Boal, Thomas Hanna, and Kegan and Lahey.
Fox Hedge Ltd.
Fox Hedge Ltd is Jim York's consulting company. Jim and I collaborated on presenting some of Matt Smiths improv ideas in a workshop at Agile 2007. We will be looking for more opportunities to partner in 2008.
Berteig Consulting
Berteig Consulting specializes in helping organizations adopt agile practices and disciplines in project management, product development, business management and human resources development.

Seth Pollins
Seth is a cook and a writer; he is passionate about life and both his cooking and his writings reflect that. Seth and I have not partnered in any professional way, but our conversations over good food, and our written correspondences over various internet media always inspire me to greater things. One day he and I will find a way to create something together.

Agile Thinking is always looking for interesting organizations, people and groups with whom to collaborate and explore the Agile space. Please get in touch if you believe we share common ground; passionate dialog, courageous conversation... these are good starting points.
