Coaching and Consulting

I offer a wide range of in-house coaching, training and consulting services to introduce Agile and Artful Making practices, and to unleash the inherent creativity of software professionals. I work with teams, and with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Scrum Training

I am an Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and can offer in-house CSM training, Scrum Team training and Product Owner (PO) training. The cost of running such courses in-house tends to be lower than sending your staff on public courses. There are advantages and disadvantages to each solution, but the main one (aside from cost) for in-house training is that it can be tailored to your organization's specific needs.
